Shipping & Returns Policy

 

Each item is carefully inspected and packaged so it arrives to you in excellent condition. Parcels are shipped through Australia Post and will be delivered as quickly and as safely as possible. This shipping and returns policy forms part of the Sunset Fragrances website terms and conditions.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Candle Shipping charges are a flat rate of $14.50 for orders under $120, and free for orders over $120. 

Soap shipping is $12.95 for orders under $60, and free for orders over $60.

All other items are a flat rate of $12.95.

DELIVERIES

Products that are in stock will be dispatched within three business days. Deliveries can sometimes be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. During high heat periods, we may delay shipping by 1-2 days, or to the beginning of the following week if it has been ordered on a Thursday or Friday so they don’t sit too long over a weekend, this is to preserve the quality of the candle. When your product is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number so you can track the progress of your parcel.
